An escaped convict is on the loose in Miami. Frank and Walter scope out the pictures and order copies. Traffic is stopped and vehicles are searched before being allowed to leave the area. H goes on a bus to check the passengers. He pulls his gun on one of them, a serial rapist who is brought back into custody. The other guy is Memmo Fiero. He murdered Marisol, who was H's wife and Delko's sister. That makes this personal to CSI.
